Pleasant's coaching background includes playing safety at Wisconsin and serving as an assistant at Michigan, along with NFL coaching roles in Cleveland, Washington, Detroit, and Green Bay, primarily as a defensive backs coach. He has been with the Rams in various defensive roles for a total of seven seasons.
