BC Receives Gift to Endow Quarterbacks Coach Position

Boston College Athletics has announced a significant endowment from alumni Rebecca and Matthew Carroll to fund the position of quarterbacks coach for its football program. Jonathan DiBiaso, who joined Boston College as an Offensive Analyst in 2023 and was promoted in 2024, will serve as the inaugural Matt and Rebecca Carroll Family Quarterbacks Coach. The Carrolls, both 1995 graduates, are active in the Boston College community and have previously supported the athletics department through scholarships. This contribution is part of the $50 million Athletics Challenge Match and supports the Soaring Higher campaign, which aims to raise $750 million for student life, including $400 million for athletics. The endowment aims to ensure long-term stability and success by attracting and retaining top coaching talent.
