Cardinals announce coordinators Nathaniel Hackett, Nick Rallis, Michael Ghobrial

The Arizona Cardinals have announced their new coaching staff, appointing Nathaniel Hackett, Nick Rallis, and Michael Ghobrial as coordinators. Nick Rallis remains as the defensive coordinator, a role he has held for three years under Jonathan Gannon. Despite the Cardinals' struggles last season, ranking 29th in points allowed and 27th in yards allowed, injuries heavily impacted their performance.

Nathaniel Hackett joins as the offensive coordinator, bringing extensive experience from previous roles with the Bills, Jaguars, Packers, and Jets. Hackett worked under Mike LaFleur’s brother, Matt, as a defensive assistant with the Packers and succeeded Mike LaFleur as the Jets' offensive coordinator in 2023.

Michael Ghobrial, who previously worked with LaFleur at the Jets, takes over as the special teams coordinator after two seasons with the Giants in the same position.
