Chargers fire offensive coordinator Greg Roman

The decision to release Roman follows the team's 207-yard performance in a 16-3 wild card loss to the New England Patriots. Roman has a notable history with the Ravens, where he served as offensive coordinator from 2019 to 2022, contributing to Lamar Jackson's MVP season. Additionally, the Chargers have dismissed offensive line coach Mike Devlin. The team may also face changes on the defensive side, as defensive coordinator Jesse Minter is a candidate for a head coaching position.
