Chuba Hubbard gets Panthers on the board, Carolina trails L.A. 14-7

The Carolina Panthers scored their first touchdown against the Los Angeles Rams with 8:53 remaining in the second quarter, narrowing the Rams' lead to 14-7. Chuba Hubbard completed a 1-yard touchdown run following a seven-play, 65-yard drive that took 3:23 off the clock. Quarterback Bryce Young rebounded from an earlier interception, completing a key 15-yard pass to Jalen Coker and subsequent passes of 14 and 22 yards to Tetairoa McMillan, bringing the Panthers to the Rams' 11-yard line. A defensive pass interference call against Cobie Durant on a third-and-2 from the 3-yard line set up Hubbard's touchdown run. During the drive, Panthers right guard Robert Hunt left the game to receive medical attention.
