College football transfer portal tracker: Today's commitments (Jan. 18)

The college football transfer portal window for 2026 has officially closed, with the exception of Indiana and Miami, who have an extended window due to their participation in the national championship game. Players can no longer enter the portal but can commit to new teams at any time. Most players aim to finalize their commitments by the start of the spring semester to join spring practice.

Significant transfer activity has been reported across various positions. At quarterback, Kaleb Annett is moving from Boise State to UCF. In running backs, Manny Covey is transferring from Cincinnati to Memphis, Dylan Edwards from Kansas State to Kansas, and Kenneth Williams from Nebraska to Michigan State.

Among wide receivers, Jaden Barnes and Davion Dozier are leaving Appalachian State for Charlotte and NC State, respectively.
