Commanders request interview with Raiders DC Patrick Graham for their defensive coordinator vacancy

The Washington Commanders are in search of a new defensive coordinator and have expressed interest in Patrick Graham, currently the defensive coordinator for the Las Vegas Raiders. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Commanders have officially requested an interview with Graham. Despite the Raiders' recent firing of head coach Pete Carroll, Graham and the rest of the coaching staff remain with the team. Graham joined the Raiders in 2022 and has previous experience as a defensive coordinator with both the New York Giants and Miami Dolphins. He also served as an assistant with the New England Patriots. This development follows the Commanders' decision to part ways with their previous defensive coordinator, Joe Whitt, and offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury.
