Dolphins complete interviews with Robert Saleh, Jesse Minter

The Miami Dolphins have interviewed Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter and 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh for their open head coaching position. Minter, who took over the Chargers' defense in 2024 after a stint at the University of Michigan, has also been interviewed by every team with a vacancy. Saleh, currently serving his second stint as the 49ers' defensive coordinator, is also a candidate for head coaching roles with the Titans, Ravens, and Cardinals. The Dolphins are actively pursuing candidates, having interviewed Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley, Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, and former Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski. They have also requested interviews with several other coordinators, including those from the Lions, Rams, Jaguars, and Raiders.
