Dolphins TE Darren Waller set to return to practice on Wednesday

The Miami Dolphins are set to welcome back tight end Darren Waller as his 21-day practice window opens this Wednesday. Waller, who has been on injured reserve due to a pectoral injury, initially joined the Dolphins after coming out of retirement. In the four games he played earlier this season, Waller recorded 10 receptions for 117 yards and scored four touchdowns. Head coach Mike McDaniel provided updates on other injured players, noting there is no timeline for guard James Daniels' return, as he is also dealing with a pectoral injury. Kicker Jason Sanders is nearing a return to practice following a hip issue, while center Andrew Meyer is expected back soon. However, there is no update on guard Liam Eichenberg, who has not played this season.
