Former 4-star recruit, Georgia target entering transfer portal

Kevin Wynn, a former Georgia Bulldogs recruiting target, plans to enter the transfer portal after redshirting his freshman season at Florida State. The 6-foot-2, 340-pound defensive tackle played in four games, recording one tackle and one pass deflection. Wynn, a top recruit from the class of 2025, was ranked No. 60 nationally and No. 9 among defensive linemen.

Wynn's move comes amid a significant offseason turnover for Florida State, which has seen 38 players, including 11 defensive linemen and edge rushers, enter the transfer portal. Originally choosing Florida State over Texas, South Carolina, and Georgia, Wynn's future destination remains uncertain. Georgia, led by coach Kirby Smart, has previously shown interest in recruiting players from the Peach State through the transfer portal. Wynn played high school football at Greene County High School in Greensboro, Georgia.
