Inside the new Jeffery Simmons deal

The Tennessee Titans and defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons have agreed to a new five-year contract, which significantly impacts the market for his position. The deal includes a $20 million signing bonus and a new-money average of $35.2 million annually. Simmons, who earned his first All-Pro distinction after the 2025 season, is set to receive $60.2 million fully guaranteed at signing, with a practical guarantee of $90 million due to guarantees extending into the third year.
