Israel Woolfork will be the Ravens' QB coach

The Baltimore Ravens have appointed Israel Woolfork as their new quarterbacks coach. Woolfork, who previously served in the same role for the Arizona Cardinals over the past three seasons, joins Jesse Minter's staff. This move follows the departure of Tee Martin, who held the position during the 2025 season. Woolfork had interviewed for offensive coordinator positions with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Chicago Bears in recent years. Although the Cardinals initially blocked his attempts to make lateral moves, a change in the head coaching position in Arizona facilitated his transition to Baltimore. Woolfork will work closely with quarterback Lamar Jackson as the Ravens aim to return to the playoffs after missing out this past season.
