Jaycee Horn being evaluated for a concussion, questionable to return

Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn recorded two interceptions in the first half against the 49ers on Monday night but did not return after halftime due to a concussion evaluation. The team initially listed him as questionable, and he was later ruled out for the rest of the game. ESPN's Lisa Salters reported that Horn was seen vomiting on the sideline following his second interception. Corey Thornton replaced Horn in the lineup. Additionally, Panthers linebacker Claudin Cherelus exited the game with a concussion, with Krys Barnes taking over his position. The 49ers held a 10-3 lead early in the third quarter.
