Kevin Stefanski to have second interview with Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons are progressing in their search for a new head coach, with former Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski set for a second interview with the team. Stefanski is currently the only candidate to receive a second interview in this hiring cycle. Reports indicate that Stefanski is exploring the possibility of collaborating with Jeff Ulbrich, Atlanta’s defensive coordinator in 2025, whom Falcons owner Arthur Blank is keen to retain. Stefanski, a two-time AP Coach of the Year, recorded a 45-56 regular-season and a 1-2 postseason record over six seasons with the Browns. While Jim Schwartz served as Stefanski's defensive coordinator in Cleveland, he is also being considered for a head coaching position with the Browns. Stefanski has also interviewed with several other teams, including the Ravens, Raiders, Dolphins, Titans, and Giants, though the Giants are reportedly focusing on John Harbaugh.
