Kliff Kingsbury to join Rams coaching staff

Kliff Kingsbury is set to join the Los Angeles Rams' offensive staff, according to ESPN. Previously, Kingsbury served as the offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders for two seasons. Discussions between Kingsbury and Rams head coach Sean McVay have been ongoing for the past two weeks. Although the Rams have an open offensive coordinator position after Mike LaFleur left to become the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, Nate Scheelhaase is anticipated to be promoted internally to fill that role. Kingsbury's new title with the Rams has not yet been disclosed. His coaching history includes a tenure as head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, where he achieved a 28-37-1 record and a 0-1 postseason record from 2019 to 2022. He also worked as USC’s senior offensive assistant in 2023.
