Kyle Hamilton downgraded to out with concussion

Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton has been ruled out for the remainder of the game against the Steelers due to a concussion sustained in a helmet-to-helmet collision with teammate Alohi Gilman. The incident occurred in the third quarter, after which Hamilton was evaluated in the sideline medical tent and later transported to the locker room for further assessment. Gilman, who was also examined, was cleared to continue playing. Hamilton, in his fourth season, was the team's second-leading tackler with 96 total tackles entering the game. He added nine tackles and one pass defensed before exiting. The Steelers are leading 13-10 at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
