Nick Emmanwori did not practice, but Sam Darnold was full participant

Seahawks rookie safety Nick Emmanwori injured his ankle during practice on Wednesday and did not participate in Thursday's practice, although he stated he would join the walkthrough session. Emmanwori is expected to play in Super Bowl LX. Quarterback Sam Darnold completed his first full practice since sustaining a left oblique injury on January 15, after being limited in previous sessions. Offensive tackle Josh Jones, linebacker DeMarcus Lawrence, wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and defensive end Leonard Williams returned to full practice participation. Left tackle Charles Cross and fullback Robbie Ouzts were limited for the second day. Wide receiver Jake Bobo, linebacker Ernest Jones, safety Julian Love, fullback Brady Russell, tight end Eric Saubert, and linebacker Drake Thomas remained full participants.
