RB Christian McCaffrey (stinger) and TE Jake Tonges (foot) are questionable to return

The San Francisco 49ers faced challenges as star running back Christian McCaffrey was sidelined at the start of the second half due to a stinger, with his status initially questionable for return. McCaffrey, who had nine carries for 29 yards and five catches for 39 yards in the first half, was seen receiving treatment on his left shoulder after sustaining two hard hits. Tight end Jake Tonges, starting in place of the injured George Kittle, also left the game with a foot injury and was questionable to return. McCaffrey later re-entered the game during the 49ers' second series of the second half with the team trailing the Seattle Seahawks 27-6.
