Recruit committed to SEC powerhouse schedules 3 college football visits

Alabama football commit Nash Johnson is actively exploring other college options despite his verbal commitment to the Crimson Tide. Johnson, a three-star cornerback recruit from Powder Springs, Georgia, has scheduled official visits to Tennessee, Auburn, and Miami, with these visits planned for late May and June. Other schools such as Arkansas, Florida, LSU, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Texas A&M also remain in contention for his attention.

Johnson reaffirmed his commitment to Alabama but expressed a desire to ensure his college decision is thoroughly considered. He initially committed to Alabama in October and recently made an unofficial visit to Auburn, where he was impressed by new coach Alex Golesh.

As the 2027 recruiting cycle progresses, Alabama has secured four commitments, placing them 15th in the 247Sports team rankings. This includes notable recruits such as four-star EDGE Jabarrius Garror and four-star QB Trent Seaborn. Auburn, currently with only a single commit, and Tennessee and Miami, both ranked
