Report: Ravens request interviews with Anthony Weaver, Klint Kubiak

The Baltimore Ravens have requested interviews with two candidates to potentially replace head coach John Harbaugh. According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, the Ravens are interested in Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver and Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak. Weaver, 45, has a history with the Ravens, having been a second-round pick for the team in 2022 and playing four seasons before moving to the Houston Texans. He has coached in various roles since 2012, including serving as the Ravens' defensive line coach and run game coordinator in 2021 and as assistant head coach from 2022 to 2023. Weaver joined the Dolphins in 2024. Kubiak, who is concluding his first season as the Seahawks' offensive coordinator, has attracted interest from five teams during the current coaching cycle. Under his guidance, Seattle finished the season ranked third in points scored and eighth in total yards.
