Report: Seahawks to interview four in-house candidates for their OC job

The Seattle Seahawks are seeking a new offensive coordinator following Klint Kubiak's departure to the Las Vegas Raiders. The team will conduct in-house interviews with four candidates: Andrew Janocko, Jake Peetz, Justin Outten, and Mack Brown. Interviews are scheduled for Thursday and Friday.

Andrew Janocko, currently the Seahawks' quarterbacks coach, previously worked with Kubiak in New Orleans and has experience with the Buccaneers, Vikings, and Bears. Jake Peetz, the team's passing game coordinator, has a background with the Jaguars, Washington, Raiders, Panthers, and Rams, and was LSU's offensive coordinator in 2021.

Justin Outten, a run game specialist and assistant offensive line coach for the Seahawks, has also held positions with the Falcons, Packers, Broncos, and Titans. Mack Brown, the team's tight ends coach, spent five seasons with the Jets before joining Seattle. The new hire will play a crucial role in shaping the Seahawks' offensive strategies.
