Seahawks LT Charles Cross now has a knee injury that limited him Wednesday

Seattle Seahawks left tackle Charles Cross initially returned to practice as a full participant on Tuesday after missing three games due to a hamstring injury. However, he was later downgraded to limited participation because of issues with both his hamstring and knee. Josh Jones, who has been filling in for Cross, did not practice on Wednesday due to a knee injury. Additionally, linebacker Ernest Jones missed practice because of an illness.

Several updates were noted on the Seahawks' injury report. Linebacker Tyrice Knight resumed limited practice on Wednesday after being absent the previous day due to a shoulder injury. Edge rusher DeMarcus Lawrence (Achilles), wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba (rest), linebacker Chazz Surratt (ankle), and defensive lineman Leonard Williams (rest) all returned to full participation. Cornerback Riq Woolen continued with limited practice due to an oblique injury.
