In this format, the lowest-scoring team each week is eliminated from the league, increasing the stakes for participants. The guillotine-style leagues will feature a "Dynamic Matchup" where players are always matched against the team with the lowest projected score, creating a competitive environment that updates in real-time. A "Survival Meter" will also indicate each team's chances of survival throughout the week.
