Auburn football lands official visit with Alabama commit Nash Johnson

Alabama commit Nash Johnson, a three-star cornerback from Powder Springs, Georgia, has scheduled an official visit to Auburn on June 5. Johnson, who currently attends McEachern High School, is also planning visits to Miami on May 29 and Tennessee on June 12. Auburn head coach Alex Golesh, who previously offered Johnson a spot on his team while at USF, invited him for a visit, which reportedly went well. Despite being committed to Alabama since October 4, 2025, Johnson continues to explore his options, holding offers from multiple programs including Arkansas, Miami, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, and Virginia. Auburn, aiming to strengthen its recruiting class currently ranked No. 53 by 247Sports for 2027, is actively competing with Alabama for Johnson’s commitment.
