Boise State, Idaho Restore Historic Showdown - Boise State University Athletics

Boise State and Idaho have agreed to renew their historic football rivalry with a game scheduled for September 6, 2031, at Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho. This will be the 41st meeting between the two programs, which last faced off on November 12, 2010. Boise State holds a 22-17-1 all-time record against Idaho and has won the last 12 matchups. The two teams have an even 10-10 record against each other in the Treasure Valley.

The series, which began in 1971, was an annual event until Boise State's transition to the FBS in 1996 and its subsequent move to the Western Athletic Conference in 2001.
