College football’s top transfer down to 4 teams after Big Ten program drops out

Auburn wide receiver Cam Coleman is a highly sought-after player in the NCAA transfer portal, currently ranked as the No. 1 player available. Coleman, a former five-star recruit, recorded 56 catches for 708 yards and eight touchdowns last season despite Auburn's inconsistent quarterback performance. The USC Trojans have withdrawn from pursuing Coleman after acquiring NC State wide receiver Terrell Anderson, who posted 629 receiving yards in the 2025 season.
