Deadmond tackles adversity to achieve college football dream

Christian Deadmond, a standout high school football player from Minot North, has signed a national letter of intent to play college football at Minot State starting in the fall. Known for his resilience, Deadmond overcame multiple injuries throughout his high school career, including a significant knee injury during his junior year that required two surgeries and extensive rehabilitation.

Despite these setbacks, Deadmond returned to the field for his senior season, contributing significantly to Minot North's success. He finished his senior year with 545 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns, alongside 52 tackles on defense. His performance earned him all-state honors, highlighting his impact on the field.
