Tomlin noted that the duo has combined for 27 sacks this season, with Hunter recording 15 and Anderson 12. Anderson also led the NFL with 85 quarterback pressures, including 48 on third downs. The Texans boast the NFL's top-ranked defense in total yards and rank second in scoring defense. Their defense also leads in opponents’ three-and-out percentage and first downs allowed per game.

The Steelers, led by 42-year-old quarterback Aaron Rodgers, face the task of countering Houston's aggressive defense. In a previous game against Cleveland, Pittsburgh focused heavily on neutralizing pass rusher Myles Garrett, which affected their offensive strategy.
