Ole Miss Football QB Trinidad Chambliss Granted Eligibility in Major Move for Rebels

Ole Miss quarterback Trinidad Chambliss has been granted a preliminary injunction by Judge Robert Whitwell in a Calhoun County courthouse, allowing him to play for the Rebels in the 2026 season. Chambliss, who finished eighth in the 2025 Heisman Trophy voting after leading the Rebels to the College Football Playoff semifinals, had been denied a medical redshirt for the 2022 season.
