Report: Ravens hire Keary Colbert as WRs coach

The Baltimore Ravens have appointed Keary Colbert as their new wide receivers coach. Colbert previously held the same position with the Denver Broncos but was released after the team's wide receivers struggled with dropped passes. Despite this, Colbert played a role in developing Courtland Sutton into a Pro Bowl player. His tenure with the Broncos lasted three seasons, during which he worked alongside current Ravens offensive coordinator Declan Doyle. Other Ravens staff members, including tight ends coach Zack Grossi and senior offensive assistant Joe Lombardi, also have past connections with Doyle from their time in Denver. Colbert, 43, brings experience from the collegiate level, having coached at Florida and USC, and has worked with notable players such as Troy Franklin, Jerry Jeudy, and Drake London. His connection to Ravens head coach Jesse Minter dates back to 2013 at Georgia State, where Colbert was the assistant wide receivers coach.
