Vikings WR Jordan Addison arrested for trespassing near Tampa casino

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison was arrested in Tampa, Florida, for misdemeanor trespass at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The incident occurred early Monday morning, and Addison was released on a $500 bond later that afternoon. Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell acknowledged the arrest, stating the team is gathering more information before commenting further.

This arrest follows a series of legal issues for Addison, who was previously arrested for DUI in Los Angeles 18 months ago and later resolved the charge by pleading to a lesser offense. He was also cited for speeding in Minnesota in July 2023, driving 140 mph in a 55 mph zone. The NFL suspended Addison for three games in 2025 due to a violation of the league's personal conduct policy.

Addison, a first-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, completed his third season with career lows in receptions, yards, and touchdowns. The Vikings have until May 1 to decide on exercising his fifth-year option.
